Personalised Naturopathy Consultation
& Functional Testing
Naturopathic consultation
-
A one-on-one consultation will allow us to deep dive into your current health and lifestyle, and then discuss your health goals.
The initial consult takes 60 minutes and includes tongue, nail, and iris analysis. In approximately seven days, you will receive your individualized wellness plan (included in the initial consult price), and we will go over this in person or by phone to get you started on your health journey.
After 4 weeks, a follow-up appointment is recommended to review your progress, make any changes and move on to the next step in the protocol.

Cell well-being and Functional testing
-
The popular cell well-being test gives you a snapshot of your health status, looking at a range of body systems and cellular health. Taking and testing the live hair follicle, a personalised 30-page epigenetic report highlights potential functional impacts caused by lifestyle and environmental stressors.
It offers recommendations for nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, amino’s, along with microbiome health and tips on which foods to avoid.
This is a great non-invasive test that helps to create optimal physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Massage & Reflexology Therapies
Relaxation & remedial massage
-
Massage has been used for centuries to improve health and balance the mind, body and spirit and is one therapy I encourage my clients to receive regularly.
-
As the name suggests, I use organic therapeutic essential oils with the main focus on providing relaxation and relieving muscle tension using flowing strokes with light to medium pressure. This style calms the mind and nervous system and increases blood and lymph flow.
-
Remedial massage is a therapeutic form of massage that is specifically tailored to each individual and aims to target knotted tense or immobile muscles, treat pain and help in injury rehabilitation.
Techniques vary and may include trigger point release, stretching, and myofascial release with strong and deep or gentle and shallow pressure.

Reflexology
-
The anatomy of the body is reflected in our hands, ears and feet therefore stimulating a reflex point triggers a response in the corresponding area of the body.
By working with the entire foot, reflexology is considered to treat the whole body and is suitable for most people, including those with health conditions.
Treatment starts with a warm foot soak, followed by the application of oil and specific pressure to stimulate a healthy harmonious state.

Indian massage
-
We begin by determining your dosha, Vata, Pitta or Kapha to correctly select the ideal therapeutic ayurvedic massage oil to help balance your body and mind.
-
The head is considered to control the well-being of our body with the ability to regulate our physical, mental and emotional state.
Performed through light clothing while seated, ayurvedic herbal oil is massaged into the head, face and neck.
Beneficial to relax tight muscles, pain relief, and reduce stress and insomnia while increasing circulation to the brain and eye region.
-
Ayurveda sees the feet as the body’s foundation, with any stress accumulating in the soul of the foot. After a foot soak, warm dosha oil is used to massage marma (pressure) points using hands and a traditional Kansa bowl. Stimulating these points restores balance by improving blood, oxygen and lymphatic circulation leading to healthy sleep patterns, improved digestion and reduced anxiety and stress levels.
